Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create eye-catching visual assets for websites, landing pages, and other online platforms.
  • Develop and design web graphics, banners, icons, and other elements that align with the brand’s visual identity and messaging.
  • Assist in the creation of user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) by designing intuitive and user-friendly layouts for web applications.
  • Work closely with copywriters to ensure seamless integration of text and visuals, maintaining a balance between design aesthetics and content readability.
  • Execute designs based on provided wireframes, mockups, or design briefs, while also contributing your creative input to enhance the final product.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure the effective implementation of designs, considering responsive design principles and optimizing for various devices.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, best practices, and emerging web technologies to continuously enhance your skills and deliver innovative designs.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions, offering fresh design ideas and solutions to design challenges.
  • Assist in maintaining and organizing the design assets library, ensuring easy accessibility for the design team and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and specifically highlighting your web design projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with tools like Sketch or Figma.
  • Understanding of basic web design principles, including responsive design and user-centered design concepts.
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus, although not mandatory.
  • Excellent attention to detail, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to create visually appealing and cohesive designs.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and interpret design requirements.
  • Creativity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and an eagerness to contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere.
  • A degree or relevant coursework in graphic design, web design, or a related field is preferred.
